This dev clearly pays attention to little details. That is a rarity in the porn genre.
The girls are all very likeable. Each one could be the focus of their own game. There are almost too many of them. There are so many girls to mess around with, that the story only moves forward by inches. That frustrates me, because this is one of the FEW porn games that has a reasonably intriguing story. (Not 'Chasing Sunsets' quality, but head and shoulders above 85% of the rest of the genre)

If you're not emotionally close to them or their mother, but you hang out with them anyway, After scaring away the stranger, you can... you know...

But I suspect that the creator is planning something extra in the next update, since the game so far has not concluded this plot and her girlfriend is one of the characters that may like or dislike the protagonist.
Yes, there are, but they are not the most pleasant scenes. If you choose to have sex with Jameela, Mia will feel the urge and approach you, getting naked and sitting on your lap. This scene is not listed because no matter your choices, you will be interrupted by the family arriving home.
As for Marly, if you are not very close emotionally to the twins, but still choose to hang out with them, the alley scene plays out differently. You can touch her non-consensually before letting Mia know you found her.
Like I said, the first scene is frustrating and the second is not pleasant at all. I hope that in the update there will be some new scene with them that is based on how much they like you.

You have sex with Maria practically the entire game, but if this scene I have blocked isn't about that, Gloria is out of the question. If you treat Maria very badly, when you go shopping for clothes with both for the trial, you will have the option of looking at Gloria through the keyhole (since this time, Maria locked the door). Other than that, basically nothing happens.
Nothing yet, I know the scene takes place between the party at your house and the threesome at the hotel, but I couldn't trigger anything different between the two scenes and no different situation in the scenes themselves, I feel like I'm going around in circles.
I just get it now, my mistake is that in the dom path, I skipped the story of helping her, thank you very much for helping me!
Since I'm talking to the creator, I want to say that your game is amazing, the first time I played it, it took me hours because it's so well written that I didn't skip a single scene. I know that making such a good game takes energy and is time-consuming, but I hope you don't give up, it's an extremely competent job and it's a great experience, I'm sure that if erotic games weren't so taboo, this one would be winning awards in very popular indie game competitions.
based on their Patreon they’ve started work on it again. People get burned out and need a break. Also, if something doesn’t hit the marks they’re aiming for, it can be demotivating. What they’ve put out is great and I hope that it is completed. I can see a path to wrapping it up within a year, depending on the time and skill of the developer. (Based on the output ability of pinkcake). They really did create something that became complicated and hopefully they work out a way to simplify and tidy after their time off and reflection.
this is very sad…it was one of my favorite games and I was really looking forward to seeing more of it. Even if it would get paired down a bit, I’d like it to continue.
Good AVNs are always the first to die. Such a shame. But then, because this happens a lot with AVNs, unlike all other genres, it's the main reason people won't pay money for anything but a full game

I'll just be honest with everyone here, for the last month or so, I have not worked on Maids and Maidens at all. I have just not enjoyed working on the game, and I have not been happy with where the game stands right now.
When I started working on this game back in 2020, I expected it to be done by now. I hoped I would be done with it by now and move onto other projects. I'm not blaming anyone else but myself for that. I have made the game more complicated than it needed to be, with too many characters and too many storylines. I thought I could handle it, but sometimes I just don't have the motivation to deal with it.
My revenue streams have also not grown in a substantial manner. Again, the blame is on nobody but me. The first impression is what matters the most in a crowded field, and I failed to make that first impression with my game. When I look back at some of the early renders I made, I want to throw my computer in the garbage. But none of this should matter to you. They are my own issues that I have to deal with. And I will deal with them. In the meantime, Patreon charges will remain paused.
I just hope I'm not burning bridges permanently with my supporters. I hope you all will be forgiving and keep supporting me the way you have done in the past.
I still love the characters I've created, and I won't abandon my girls. Maids and Maidens will return.
I really like this game man, Thanks for not abandoning the game. No matter how long it takes I'll wait. as an artist I understand that sometimes art doesn't give the same dopamine it used to give.
Please at least put a finish to the game. For one I took a liking to the game! So no matter what you as a creator must see it through following only what you had envisioned this game to be. Not what another person behind the screen wants the game to be.
Don't get me wrong its good to improve from feedback but dont let it destroy you or change the game entirely. Its a great game and my fav chick is the purple haired boobies girl.

The cliffhanger it left on simply cannot be the end, and the characters are so varied and wonderful!
I do agree that the beginning could use a little reworking. It's obvious where the game changes significantly, with x-ray mode and better renders, but all that does is show how far the creator has come in turning a good story into a great game!
This is hands down my favorite Renpy game. You gave us so many options where we needed it, which is super uncommon. The characters are beautiful and well flushed out. I enjoy all of the story plot points that are heavy and serious, and was happily emotionally invested. According to the Patron blog-- he is suffering from some burnout issues. Unlike other Patron's who just leave hanging while paying, he is suspending collecting payments or patron's until he refreshes himself. However, he still has a love for his characters, as we all do, and promises to come back.
How close would you say the game is to completion? Is it worth it to hold out for a bit before trying to play it all at once, or does it still have years to go before the final update drops?
How close to completion? Not anywhere close! The game is still introducing characters when it finishes the current content.
It sucks, because this was a good game. But it's probably dead. I guess the dev promised to come back when he no longer feels burned out, but there is no guarantee that will ever happen.
Well, (spoiler free) just got done. Missing like 5 things, so gonna run it again, but I had a feeling that ending for this version would be a huge possibility around the middle of the game, just by the way i played it. All I wanna say is, hopefully a certain character does get that to happen to her also. So much potential on how all this plays out now. Dev, you did a great job story telling, mixing in the sex stuff also. You rank up there in top dog for story telling, and top 3 for overall. I've played a few of these so far, and you and one other (won't name drop as I respect your work) are the best at this. Keep up the great work. Hopefully we get to see the next update soon, as I wanna see how this continues.
Fun story. Having to run 2 versions, one more naughty than the other, IMO.
Also, spoiler free, I caught onto the twist at the end of this update pretty quickly. I just guessed really early in game play. Nothing wrong with that, just nice to be right.

For that scene, you have to be on Maria's Dom path. This scene happens on Day 18 when you go to where she lives.

I don't care about the render quality so much as I care about getting a complete story.
